Very nice to deal with and extremely reasonable on cost of repairs or maintenance. I have to go on google reviews and edit my post.And the reason being is because I had helped a young lady who is a paraplegic, fixed her car, and we put tires on it whenever we done the maintenance and just a few months after there was a bulge In the new tire. With this being said, when we called hydes to talk to them about the issue we were told there was no warranty on these tires and we needed to contact the tire company directly. When we did, the company stated that hydes is responsible for letting the purchaser of the tires be known that they have to file the warranty with that company. And they did not give us any information Whatsoever, and when we called to explain what was going on, they were going to charge us to repair the tire. Now I get people have to make money in their businesses But when you spend over three thousand dollars to help someone who is disabled should you not dot all i's and cross all t's. I just think this is poor business. When you purchase a tire or anything else for that matter that requires a warranty, the company should at that point. Give you the information And if they do not give you the information or the warranty, at least give you the information to the company where you file a warranty.

I had a screw in my tire and they asked me to text them all the info about the tire so they could give me an estimate. I have never had an auto shop do that. Then my tire went completely flat and they were so supportive of my time and waited for me to get to my apt, even though I was late. They go above and beyond.
