I want to begin with Hyde's will not give up on you even if the problem with your vehicle is not very clear. I went to multiple places with my car issues to no avail. Even the dealership I bought it from and I was told nothing appeared wrong. A year passed with multiple trips to many dealerships and shops?being told I was wrong, the part would have to have further damage, I'd have to wait, services being performed I never asked for in the first place, etc. I ended up going to Hyde's. Mike one of the management at the location has a welcoming energy and assures you your car will get fixed. The team at Hyde's acts with unbelievable integrity compared to other auto shop experiences I've personally had. Their team not only believed me, but took it next level and investigated every theory I had along with data I had discovered. All of this led to the discovery my car had a substantial issue. I was concerned about my transmission that I had gotten replaced at another company out of state a couple years ago. I called Hyde's and they told me to bring it in. They identified the problem and explained everything to me in detail. I have a warranty from the other company and Hyde's made sure not to do anything that would compromise the warranty. Very nice to deal with and extremely reasonable on cost of repairs or maintenance. I have to go on google reviews and edit my post.And the reason being is because I had helped a young lady who is a paraplegic, fixed her car, and we put tires on it whenever we done the maintenance and just a few months after there was a bulge In the new tire. With this being said, when we called hydes to talk to them about the issue we were told there was no warranty on these tires and we needed to contact the tire company directly. When we did, the company stated that hydes is responsible for letting the purchaser of the tires be known that they have to file the warranty with that company. And they did not give us any information Whatsoever, and when we called to explain what was going on, they were going to charge us to repair the tire. Now I get people have to make money in their businesses But when you spend over three thousand dollars to help someone who is disabled should you not dot all i's and cross all t's. I just think this is poor business. When you purchase a tire or anything else for that matter that requires a warranty, the company should at that point. Give you the information And if they do not give you the information or the warranty, at least give you the information to the company where you file a warranty.

Glad I found this great local business! Sudden car issues left us stranded. Since we are fairly new to the area, we had to find a mechanic..and quickly! Always tricky finding a shop you can trust to both fix your car well and not rip you off. Several friends/neighbors recommended Hyde's after initial calls to other shops were unsuccessful. (Was told by another place that it would be a week's wait and they couldn't give me a day that they could take the car...I would just have to keep calling back.) Hyde's fixed the car on the same day! They gave me several options on how to fix: bare minimum to best practices, so I could choose what worked for our budget and approach to maintenance. Staff was super friendly. Since I live close, they were even able to drop me off and pick me up. All of this was a God-send since we are a one-car family and didn't have transportation to/from or ability to go the whole weekend without a car. Very appreciative of their service and happy to recommend to others. Car is running great and the price was reasonable!

Showed up here right before closing with a screw in my tire and unfortunately they had already shut down and drained their air compressors. When I returned in the morning people I didn't meet the day before knew me anyway as my plight had apparently been relayed to them.
