I pulled in with my exhaust pipe broken, the truck sounded terrible, I thought my engine was failing. Mike did not hesitate to crawl under the truck, he even took a pic to show me what was happening, reassured me I'd make it home and never acted out out or irritated. I want to begin with Hyde's will not give up on you even if the problem with your vehicle is not very clear. I went to multiple places with my car issues to no avail. Even the dealership I bought it from and I was told nothing appeared wrong. A year passed with multiple trips to many dealerships and shops?being told I was wrong, the part would have to have further damage, I'd have to wait, services being performed I never asked for in the first place, etc. I ended up going to Hyde's. Mike one of the management at the location has a welcoming energy and assures you your car will get fixed. The team at Hyde's acts with unbelievable integrity compared to other auto shop experiences I've personally had. Their team not only believed me, but took it next level and investigated every theory I had along with data I had discovered. All of this led to the discovery my car had a substantial issue. Hyde's takes care of its customers in the way they are willing to work with warranties, claims, and perform any service they are capable of providing with a smile. I would recommend anyone go to the Hyde's in Hixson because my car will finally be fixed and I can start to drive in peace. I went to Hyde's Automotive in Hixson for an oil change. Everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous. They were efficient and advised areas on my car that need service, without being pushy and using scare tactics like other automotive businesses in town have done, which I appreciate. I will definitely start using them for regular service on my vehicle. As an added bonus, you can sign up for weekly giveaways like a TV, tires, UT tickets, etc. 5 stars!!

I trust Hyde's completely with all our cars. We are a Subaru family and are so thankful we can bring our cars here instead of the dealer. Even my in-laws from out of state will have major work done on their car when they come to visit. Hyde's takes care, takes time to figure out what the car needs and they Only do that work. My wife's car had some serious brake issues. I tried Hyde's automotive service center on Hixson pike and I had never used them before. I was NOT disappointed. Mike was a good service oriented individual the moment I walked in. He kept me informed of what was needed to get the job done. I came across Hyde's Automotive by accident, but I'm pretty sure it was the best thing that could have happened. I had some scheduled maintenance as well as some repairs on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and everything was handled and fixed quickly and with fantastic customer service. My repairs were several weeks ago and I can report everything works great. They gave new life to my Jeep. Will definitely recommend them!

I was concerned about my transmission that I had gotten replaced at another company out of state a couple years ago. I called Hyde's and they told me to bring it in. They identified the problem and explained everything to me in detail. I have a warranty from the other company and Hyde's made sure not to do anything that would compromise the warranty. Just based on the amazing customer service i experienced, I will definitely return with any future services I may need! As a woman, I felt extremely comfortable!!
